Tunde Styl-Plus, with his soulful and captivating voice, contributed significantly to the success of the group. His vocal prowess, combined with the group’s well-crafted melodies and meaningful lyrics, endeared them to fans not only in Nigeria but also across Africa and beyond. Over the years, Styl-Plus faced some challenges, including member departures, but Tunde continued to be associated with the Styl-Plus brand. Despite the changes, the group remained influential in the Nigerian music scene.

In 2009, he was bestowed the prestigious “Youth Ambassador For Peace Award” by World Youth Federation For World Peace due to his efforts at promoting peaceful coexistence amongst people of diverse backgrounds in Northern Nigeria.
